Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the rs3 platform via the website rs3.bio or related mobile apps, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use our platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as a user and rs3 as the platform operator. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. rs3 can amend these terms anytime with appropriate notice to registered users.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only allowed to register one (1) personal account on rs3. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts with no refund of remaining balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. rs3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of valid identification, as part of compliance processes.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. rs3 recommends using a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other platforms.
All activities under your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access or account compromise, you must notify rs3 support immediately. rs3 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login details.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the rs3 platform agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s security systems.
- Sharing accounts or granting access to third parties.
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities or money laundering.
- Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
- Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully towards support staff.
- Violating any laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia.
Rs3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating the above rules without prior notice and without any liability to the user.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the rs3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and instant bank transfers to local banks. rs3 does not accept foreign currency payments and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by users’ banks.
Deposits credited to your account are non-refundable except in specific cases explicitly authorized in writing by rs3. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with all related conditions. rs3 reserves the right to withhold processing withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious account activity is detected.
Any errors in transaction processing must be reported to the rs3 support team within 30 days from the transaction date. rs3 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to report errors within this period.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Rs3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond the platform’s control.
All content on the rs3 platform—including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software—is owned or licensed by rs3. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any content without explicit written consent from rs3.
The rs3 platform may contain references to third-party services. rs3 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.
Changes to Terms, Account Policies, and Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Rs3 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts immediately if reasonable evidence or suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms arises. Users whose accounts are closed due to term breaches are not eligible for any refunds.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts can contact rs3 support. Any remaining valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification and provided no unresolved term violations exist.
Terms Amendments and Law
Rs3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved amicably and, if necessary, through appropriate legal procedures in Malaysia.
